This multi-vortex air handler creates 14 mini-cyclonic vortexes as the air is taken into the intake manifold. The cyclonic action allows more air to enter the combustion chamber and mixes the fuel more completely. The result is higher power and slightly better MPG.
Used by some police departments, along with the computer chip (sold separately) to increase power and save money.
